| All stocks are different and prices are dependent upon number/size of bars, product range, cellar ledger, paperwork etc etc etc. So with this in mind all quotes are done in person and only after having spent time talking to you about your needs and requirements. If food is a consideration then that too will be discussed at your quote. Food stocks can be done at the same time as wet stocks or they can be done entirely own their own right. |
If you are looking to buy a hospitality outlet then you'll need a stocktaker on the day to value the liquor and/or dry stocks. Obviously there would be no opportunity to perform an on-site quote so a change over fee would usual be a percentage of the stock valued up to a fixed ammount.
